Kathy Dipp is the most amazing real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We were first referred to her in 2022 when we began looking to buy a house in Reston, Virginia. She was thorough, calm, professional, and incredibly knowledgable of VA loans, processes, and challenges in the northern Virginia market. We ended up buying a house at the right time and she made the entire process seamless. In mid-Summer 2025, we called Kathy again and explained that we were moving out of state and wanted her to help us sell the same house she helped us to buy.
