Working with Kathy was such a great experience. She didn’t just help us sell our home at 23158 Glenorchy Court — she became almost like family in the process. She broke everything down clearly, analyzed every offer with us, and helped us choose the one that truly made the most sense. What really stood out was how she stayed involved even after closing, checking in and making sure we were doing okay. She’s knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly easy to work with. Kathy Dipp is the most amazing real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We were first referred to her in 2022 when we began looking to buy a house in Reston, Virginia. She was thorough, calm, professional, and incredibly knowledgable of VA loans, processes, and challenges in the northern Virginia market. We ended up buying a house at the right time and she made the entire process seamless. In mid-Summer 2025, we called Kathy again and explained that we were moving out of state and wanted her to help us sell the same house she helped us to buy. After letting her know we wanted to get top dollar for our property, she gave us a list of recommended improvements which we agreed to. Her marketing plan, which included the timing of the sale, was impeccable. We actively listed on a Friday morning and after three open houses through the weekend, we had multiple offers by Tuesday, all of which were at or above asking price. I cannot recommend Kathy enough! She is a rockstar!!

Kathy has executed 2 home purchases for my family, as well as handling the sale of our last home, over the past 3 years.
On the buying side - she has an amazing pulse on the market across Northern Virginia. She was very valuable on the transaction side in terms of structuring offers, pricing, etc.
On the selling side - she had excellent advice in terms of staging and helped us get the price we wanted in just one weekend of an open house.
She has a deep rolodex - from mortgage brokers to handy men to home inspectors (she even helped us coordinate repairs for inspections, as well as when we were fully moved in).
I can’t recommend her enough. She has repeatedly done well by us and exceeded our expectations.

The sale was quick and closing went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
